3.What is the deadline to submit the video?
The application consists of 2 parts. Once you have completed the online application form, you will also be asked to submit a 2-minute video in which you should answer the following questions: 
- What is your motivation for applying for the FYP? 
- Why did you decide to pursue a career in the Meetings Industry? 
- What is the greatest challenge you have faced during your career so far?
The deadline for sending us the video is 12 August 2018.

4.When will I be informed if my application was successful?
ICCA notified all successful and unsuccessful applicants at the end of August 2018.

5.What do I have to do after I have been selected?
After you have been selected, you have time to confirm your participation by accepting the terms & conditions until 16 September 2018. Your participation will not be confirmed until you have accepted the terms and conditions.

6.Do I have to pay a cancellation fee, if I can't attend the FYP after confirming my participation?
Yes, by confirming the terms and conditions you accept the cancellation policy. For ICCA members, please find them here. If you are working for an association, please read the cancellation policy here.

.How do I cancel my application?
Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the ICCA Events Department.
Before confirming the application, the cancellation is free of charge. After confirming the terms and conditions the cancellation policy applies.

8.Do I have to attend the whole programme?
Yes, you're required to attend the whole programme which starts on Sunday morning and ends on Tuesday midday.

9. In which hotel will I be staying?
All participants stay in the SB Icaria.

10. Do I have to pay for accommodation?
Three night’s accommodation are covered (Check-in Saturday 24 November, Check-out Tuesday 27 November).
